报告摘要：In this talk, we will introduce the mathematical theory on the Stokes conjecture on the steady water waves in two-dimensional and axis-symmetric case. Moreover, we will introduce our results on the singularity analysis on the free surface near the degenerate point for steady axis-symmetric water waves with non-zero vorticity.

专家概况：

杜力力，四川大学数学学院教授、博士生导师，国家杰出青年基金、国家优秀青年基金获得者、教育部青年长江学者、四川省学术和技术带头人。

杜力力教授主要从事非线性偏微分方程及其应用的研究工作，在高维可压缩Euler方程组的适定性、Bernoulli型自由边界问题等研究领域取得了一系列的成果，在Arch. Rational Mech. Anal., Comm. Math. Phys., Tran. AMS., Comm. PDEs，Calculus of Variations and PDEs等国际数学期刊发表学术论文50余篇；先后主持国家自然科学基金项目6项、省部级项目5项。
